I had some repairs done to my vehicle and from start to finish the experience I had was amazing. Dustin was the guy I worked with and he answered all questions asked. Repairs were timely and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Hopefully, I won’t have any more repairs, but, if I do I’ll gladly bring my vehicle back.

I love the customer service and Dustin was great. He always kept me informed and was very patient with us. He also expedited the parts because her knew we needed the car fixed asap. The car new and it is 6 years old. Thanks

The staff was excellent no issues there, if only the quality of work were the same. Took my truck for a side bumper repair, and also paid for a wheel rim repair paid for this out of pocket. Upon closer inspection of the work done, rear bumper was placed back with missing clips, and a screw that looks like it does not belong in it’s location. The wheel repair, looks as though it was lightly touched up to mirror the color of the rim $234.85 for this one.

I had a great experience with Crash Champions Collision Repair, especially working with their service advisor Jimena Perez. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The communication was clear, the process was smooth, and most importantly—the quality of the repair was excellent. My vehicle came back looking great, and you can tell they take pride in their work. What really stood out to me was the timing. Recommend by geico so I went with it. It seemed to be going fine when my car was in the shop, periodically they send updates on the car and let you know the day it should be ready. When I picked up the car at 11:30am on a Saturday everything look good I took my car, left the rental and drove home. Later that day I went somewhere and when I tried to back out the parking spot I see the camera isn’t working, it was black screen. I took it back to crash champions on a Monday morning and told them and the lady immediately says “we didn’t do that” I’m not trying to blame anyone, actually I’m blaming the person who hit my car. What I’m saying is that you guys failed to completely look over the car and missed the camera. She told me she would have to get approval to have it looked at by Honda. Even better. I go to Honda and drop my car off, Honda keeps it for 30 hours and they finally get it back to me. Two weeks later I call crash champions and asked what’s the update on my car, is my camera going to be fixed? the lady says nobody at Honda is helping her get the report back. For two weeks nobody at the hide dealer would help her. Allegedly. I call Honda and speak with someone about the c
